The central element of the composition is a modern swimming pool with a bar area and comfortable lounge spaces. The territory also includes a cozy garden with a gazebo, a decorative fountain, and landscaped areas designed for peaceful leisure. Behind the villa, a decorative pond complements the landscape composition and enhances the feeling of tranquility and harmony with the natural surroundings.
The project combines carefully selected lawns, ornamental plants, water features, and contemporary architectural forms. A variety of functional zones creates multiple relaxation scenarios — from active leisure by the pool to quiet moments of privacy surrounded by greenery.
