The landscape project was developed for a 0,28 ha with a focus on functionality, aesthetics, and contemporary principles of landscape design. The master plan provides a harmonious zoning of the site, including a residential house, children’s playground, garden house, swimming pool with a summer BBQ pavilion, garage, and covered parking. A separate relaxation area with a fire pit is arranged, while the entrance features a decorative fountain and an entrance gate ensemble.
The site is unified by a well-designed system of main and pedestrian pathways, expansive lawns, and ornamental plantings that create a cohesive, practical, and visually appealing spatial composition. The project combines everyday comfort with a distinctive architectural and landscape concept.
