This contemporary residence features an open-plan layout that includes a kitchen, dining area, living space with a fireplace, and two terraces, as well as a separate guest bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe. The second floor is designed for the homeowner’s family and comprises a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. In addition, it offers a fully equipped jacuzzi terrace overlooking the sea. Adjacent to it is a children’s bedroom with a private walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.
The main objective of the project was to create a living environment that is as comfortable as possible for everyday life, taking into account the needs of the owner and their family, while maintaining a contemporary interior style and incorporating modern materials such as marble, metal, glass, and wood.
